It is always a wonderful experience to paint a moonscape plein air .... and in this case as I completed this moonrise painting and darkness was coming .... a nearby deer and I , unaware of each other's close presence .....had an exciting interaction where she snorted loudly and I smiled with delight as she bounded away !
